- P.O. Box Addresses: Commercial couriers (FedEx and UPS) cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Orders with P.O. Box addresses in the U.S. or Canada will automatically be shipped using postal services (USPS or Canada Post).
- Lithium Battery Regulations: High-precision instruments equipped with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (such as Thermapen ONE, Signals, and Smoke X) strictly comply with IATA and DOT aviation regulations.
- Address Modifications: Due to automated warehouse processing, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. Please double-check all shipping details prior to placing your order.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
- Items Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging/products and contact ThermoWorks Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt.
